Charles A. Saulino is vice president of DeBartolo Sports and Entertainment's hospitality division. In this role, he is responsible for creating and fostering relationships with Fortune 500 companies, generating leads and sales and overall operations of the division.

Prior to joining DSE, Saulino was a member of the sales and marketing team for Intersport, Inc. where he led the corporate hospitality sales division to explosive growth. From 2005 to 2006, Saulino generated a sales increase of 50%. Before joining the Intersport team, Saulino worked in the marketing departments for AllSports Enterprises and the Cleveland Browns organization. At AllSports, Saulino managed the official Super Bowl team travel sponsorships for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (XXXVII) and the Carolina Panthers (XXXVIII). He sold more than 600 travel packages to both Super Bowl events and increased AllSports' revenues by 50% during his tenure.
